Update to the deposit regulation at the Mercato dei fiori di Sanremo

Starting from June 1, 2026, a 2% reimbursement fee will apply to the invoiced value of transactions carried out through the deposit trading system at the Mercato dei Fiori di Sanremo. The same 2% fee already applies to transactions completed through the auction system. The update is part of the revised Mercato Regulation for the Deposit and Auction Sales Service. Under the new Mercato Regulation, all operations conducted through the Market’s deposit sales service will be subject to this amendment.

Update to the deposit regulation

The introduction of the reimbursement fee for general sales services updates the operating procedures related to deposit trading activities. The amendment officially comes into effect on June 1, 2026. Under the new regulation, a 2% fee will be applied to the invoiced value of transactions carried out through the system dedicated to deposit and auction sales services. The updated Mercato Regulation introduces the same reimbursement structure already applied to auction-based transactions.
